Walid BENZARTI holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and an Executive MBA. He has been working for more than 20 years in Innovation and Scientific Research as a Scientist, Visiting Professor, Conferences Keynote speaker, Consultant and Executive in different International public Institutions, Universities and private companies like Thales, ST Microelectronics, Kodak, Mapper Lithography, The French Atomic Energy Commission, The Korean Advanced Display Research Center, Ecole Polytechnique, The French Embassy in Singapore, Kyung Hee University, The Society for Information Display… In his present position and as the Director for Innovation, Research and Technology at Thales Group, he is in charge of the follow up of the innovation, Research & Technology roadmap establishing a strategy from Breakthrough Technology development to innovative Business models in cooperation with worldwide public research institutions and start-ups in the Land and Air Systems domains
