Rithesh leads digital solutions and technology acceleration teams in Novartis, my current responsibilitiesincludethe digitization of customer experience and day to day operationsand also innovating and incubating novel technologies like sensors/IOT, intelligent process automation, bigdata and real-time advanced analytics in the regulated life sciences environment. This is done in an integrated, well-sequenced way to achieve step-change improvements in drug development, delivery, customer experience, and cost.Rithesh’ s passion to digitize the clinical trial process started in 2011 while digitizing field monitoring activities and later as a founder member of trial of the future team incubating and leading going data-driven initiatives.Rithesh has been with Novartis for 13 years, he joined Novartis as Business Intelligence Consultant and worked in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, including set up and scale teams in mobility, social media, data science and analytics. Rithesh considers himself as a student of life and strongly believes in continuous learning, unlearning and re-learning.
